Title IV Loan Provisions in the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007: The final regulations were published in the Federal Register dated October 23, 2008.
The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would implement the Title IV loan provisions in the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007 (CCRAA) was published in the Federal Register on July 1, 2008.
The Student Loans Team agreed to add a fourth meeting, which is scheduled for April 14 - 15, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on each day. The meeting will be held at the 8th Floor Conference Center, 1990 K St. N.W., Washington, D.C.

The Committee has agreed to schedule several conference calls prior to the third session for the purpose of further discussing the topics under consideration by the Committee:
- February 20, 3-5 pm EST to discuss any or all outstanding issues;
- February 21, 3-5 pm EST to discuss any or all outstanding issues; and
- February 26, 3-5 pm EST to discuss proposals for the definition on not-for-profit loan holders.
