Annual Performance Report

All Student Support Services (SSS) grantees were required to submit their 2008–09 annual performance reports (APRs) via the Web using an online application available on October 1, 2009, at our contractor's site, https://trio.ed.gov/sss. The deadline date for submitting the APR was November 30, 2009. Please be advised the Web site will not be available after November 30, 2009. Because OMB approval of the form expires on that date, there will be no opportunities for late submissions or extensions of the deadline date. The form and instructions for the APR are available in text and PDF versions for your reference.

Past Program Performance Results

The Department has calculated persistence, graduation and efficiency measures based upon the 2005-06 annual performance reports submitted by grantees.
