Other Required Forms
The Client Assistance Program (CAP) grantees must submit a signed "Certification Regarding Lobbying" each year (Form ED 80-013, revised March 8, 2004) to comply with the certification requirements under 34 CFR Part 82, "New Restrictions on Lobbying."
Please note that CAPs are no longer required to submit assurances on an annual basis. However, in the event the program is redesignated or the statutory requirements of the assurances change, the program must submit assurances on form 1820-0520 as part of the application package.
