Current Application

Applications for FY 2012 grants were required to be submitted electronically using the Department's G5 system. The deadline for submitting the application and all letters of reference was October 25, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. EST. We are no longer accepting applications at this time.

The FY 2011 competition is now closed. The archived application below should be used for reference only. This is the "Application Instructions" document that was published on e-Grants for the FY 2011 competition. The forms required to complete this package are not available in this document. Those forms are only available while an application is available for submission. For your reference, the Department has provided a forms library. Some of the forms referenced in this document may be found in the forms library.
