SERVE Evaluation Reports

The following document is one of 10 Lab-specific volumes included in the 12-volume final report of the Interim Evaluation of the Regional Educational Laboratories. Volume I provides an executive summary of the evaluation, including a review of selected findings at each Lab. Volume II provides a detailed discussion of the study design and methodology, including the evaluation framework, the peer review process, and implementation of the evaluation. Volumes III ? XII contain the evaluation reports for each of the Laboratories.

This volume provides a complete set of evaluation reports for the Southeastern Regional Vision for Education (SERVE). Included are the synthesis report prepared by the panel chair, a written response prepared by the Lab, the individual evaluation reports prepared by each of the peer reviewers, and the SERVE evaluation plan. The SERVE peer review panel was comprised of the following individuals:

The author?s name has been removed from each of the individual evaluation reports to protect their anonymity. With the exception of minor formatting and spelling corrections, the individual evaluation reports appear here as they were submitted to DIR. In addition to reformatting and spelling corrections, the synthesis reports have also been revised by the panel chairs to correct technical inaccuracies identified by the Labs during the review process. Such inaccuracies were not corrected at the individual evaluation report level.
