The Governor's Office hereby delegates to Elaine Bush the authority to negotiate, enter into, and sign settlement agreements with the U.S. Department of Education regarding Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act and Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities Act funds, including the payments of any penalties or refunds.
