8.Objectives: To provide inmates in the Wisconsin Department of Corrections academic and vocational education and training. To assist inmates with their transition into the community.

9. Procedures: This project will combine improved and expanded educational services to incarcerated individuals in Wisconsin with extensive community support to ensure successful transition of inmates into the community. Powerful incentives will be used to motivate participation and achievement.

10.Outcomes/Results/Products: To make 135 inmates more employable, responsible and skilled over a 3-year period. To disseminate the project through the production of a booklet describing the project's design, goals, and achievements. To evaluate, document, and disseminate the impact of the program model and its components. Presentations will be made to relevant organizations and articles will be submitted for publication.
