General Description: Retrain incarcerated persons using a college certificate program based on the transformations model from Center for Occupational Research and Development (C.O.R.D.).

Project Objectives: Objectives include (1) provision of 3 cycles of transformations training program including work experience and connecting activities over 18 month period, and (2) increase of enrollment on the part of female students to 20 percent and provision of services support and assistance to place women in nontraditional occupations.

Student Profile(s): Male/Female, first-time offenders D + A, motor vehicle, habitual offenders ("nonviolent").
