8.Objectives: To provide vocational training in construction, grounds maintenance, teaching and support services as well as post release employment placement, and follow up services to 60-75 men and women at the Lakes Region Facility.

9. Procedures: The demonstration project at Lakes Region Facility will consist of 3 eighteen week cycles. Each cycle will be carefully monitored by program advisor, technical assistance consultants, and a third party evaluator.

10.Outcomes/Results/Products: To evaluate, document, and disseminate the impact of the program model and its components.A program manual including operating procedures, policies, job descriptions, and curriculum will be developed.
