Objective: To reduce recidivism and evaluate the effectiveness of the program's delivery process and content.Demonstrate and disseminate information about the project.Prepare a post-project continuation plan to include additional State correctional facilities.

Procedures: Two delivery methods of life skills training are used; video tapes with instructional material and satellite television.Control and experimental groups will be used.

Outcomes/Results/Products: The project will measure participant satisfaction of delivery methods, life skills achievement and reduction of recidivism.Presentations and teleconferences will result.
