Through the leadership of these members and as a result of their hard work, we can begin realizing our goal of leaving no child behind in the school year to come." "I congratulate the members of the committee and their leadership on reaching an agreement that will offer all of America's students a quality education. I look forward to the final vote on our No Child Left Behind bill, and on behalf of America's students, I urge the members of the House and Senate to take those next steps as soon as possible."
