Secretary Arne Duncan Delivers Commencement Address at St. Michael's College and Continues "Listening And Learning" Tour in Vermont (May 14, 2009)

Secretary Duncan delivers the commencement address at St. Michael's College in Colchester, Vt., to 516 graduating seniors earning bachelor's degrees and 50 graduate students earning master's degrees, and their families, together totaling some 3,000 people at the college's graduation ceremonies.
