AGENCY: National Assessment Governing Board.

ACTION: Amendment to notice of a partially closed meeting.

SUMMARY: This amends the notice of a partially closed meeting of the 
National Assessment Governing Board published on February 19, 1999 (64 
FR 8338). On Friday, March 5, the full Board will convene at 8:00 a.m. 
for an Ethics Briefing provided by the Department of Education, Office 
of the General Counsel.
