Correction

    In notice document 97-25158 beginning on page 49672, in the issue 
of Tuesday, September 23, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 49672, in the second column, in the DATES section, in the 
last two lines of that section, ``[insert the 60th day after 
publication of this notice]'' should read ``November 24, 1997''.
