I ordered approximately 15 different items from those currently available as a means for enhancing our programs. I was first impressed with how quickly I received my order. Next, I was greatly pleased and surprised at the high quality of the materials. They are absolutely great! The fact that some could be ordered in Spanish and Navajo made it that much better, since these resources are often difficult to find. I particularly like the Vamos Juntos a la Escuela [Video], Helping Your Child Get Ready for School, the CONNECTIONS curriculums, and the Preschool Substance Abuse Prevention materials. Again, I wanted to tell you how wonderful these materials are, and how helpful they have been."

How Do Our Customers Use the Products?

Our customers' use of products varies as much as the customers themselves. From customer's comments, we know that:

• Statistical reports are used by students and journalists to enhance their articles/papers.

• Many people use our products to promote the overall theme of education at their local meetings, conferences, and in their community.

• The Early Childhood products are used by teachers and home-schooling parents who want to add activities and lessons to their program.

• Principals and other educators/administrators promote school safety and afterschool activities to their student bodies and parents.

• Parents use the various products to work more closely with their children. The Helping Your Child series is a great example of a way in which parents could choose a product that matched the needs of their children.
